I recently received the death certificate for Augustus Jonas, who died 16 Mar 1907 in Wilson, NY. I was surprised to see a father’s name listed as “Bondlow” and his mother’s name as Fredericka Fischer. Somewhere there has been a mix-up in info – Fredericka Fischer was supposed to be his wife, not his mother. Frederick House was born abt 1771 Herkimer, NY, married Mary Margaret and had 9 children: “Major Jason”, George, Jane, Phoebe, Catharine, Angelina, Elizabeth, Sally, Mary. I think he was the son of George House and Maria Mebie, I have only been able to find info on his daughter Mary and son George. Looking for any info on the rest of his family. Daughter Elizabeth m. unknown Halsey, daughter Sally m. unknown Platten. Frederick d. abt 1824 will was probated in Buffalo, NY.

Correction: Albertine Fredricka Rustembach b 1821 in Brandenburg, Prussia married Gottfried Wilhelm Damerow b. 1821 in Wallmow, Prenzlau, Prussia. She was the daughter of August Rustembach and Wilhelmine Winters, he was the son of Georg Damerow and Maria Schultz. Albertine and Gottfried are my great great grandparents. I recently found their death certificates and each of them listed their full names and parents names.
Does anyone have information on the parents of Adam House b 1740 Herkimer, NY? Married Catharina, had 6 children: Catharina, Jacob A., Henry A., Conrad A., George A., and John A.? Possibly Elias House b 1720?
I’m looking for information on Annie O’Connell Crego who married Jacob Crego. Annie is my great-great grandmother. She was born in New York in Dec 1841 and lived most of her life in Newstead, Erie County. She moved to Lockport in 1900 and died there in March 1915. I recently found a copy of her death certificate which indicates her father’s name was Barney O’Connell. I can’t find any information about him, and can’t find him in any censuses in NY.
